Welcome to DREAM MYLES LUXURY BRAND. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
- Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with DREAM MYLES LUXURY BRAND LIMITED, you confirm that you are at least 12 years old, or that you have obtained parental consent to make purchases from us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with DREAM MYLES LUXURY BRAND LIMITED for the sale and supply of products. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. No other terms or modifications will be valid unless agreed to in writing and signed by us.
- Exchanges
If there is an error on our part, notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization number and instructions for the return. Return shipments must be sent with tracking via GIG Logistics, DHL, or FedEx. You are entitled to exchange for the same design within 5 days, provided the items are in their original condition. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges due to sizing issues are not covered. Since items are made to order, please ensure you check our size chart carefully before placing an order. A fine and shipping costs will apply for exchanges due to sizing errors, and the complaint must be made within 5 days.
Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags, tissue, and boxes. Exchanges requested after 5 days from shipment confirmation will not be accepted.
You may exchange an item for another of equal value within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Exchanges requested after 24 hours will not be considered, as processing has already begun.
- Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds except in the following cases:
- If an entirely incorrect order is delivered, notify us within 5 business days. We will inspect the returned item to ensure it is unworn and in full packaging before processing a refund to the original payment method.
- Excess payments will be refunded immediately.
- Warranty
All items from DREAM MYLES come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is void if:
- The product is physically damaged by you.
- The product is repaired, maintained, modified, or disassembled.
Warranty limitations include:
- Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover product replacement.
- Damages resulting from acts of God or force majeure are not covered.
- Delivery
We use third-party delivery partners: God is Good Logistics, DHL, and FedEx. Delivery times are:
- GIG Logistics within Nigeria: 3-5 business days.
- DHL within Nigeria: 1-4 business days.
- DHL International: 3-10 business days.
Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable once the item is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Payment
All products remain the property of DREAM MYLES LUXURY BRAND LIMITED until full payment is received. Prices are set at the time of order. Shipping costs and payment fees are acknowledged before purchase confirmation, as we do not accept payment upon delivery.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Card information is not stored, and transactions are encrypted with SSL. Please review the payment gateway’s terms and conditions, as they are responsible for the transaction.
- Local Taxes/Customs Duty
Local charges such as sales tax and customs duties may apply depending on your region. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Additional Information
DREAM MYLES LUXURY BRAND LIMITED reserves the right to amend information including prices, technical specifications, purchase terms, and product offerings without prior notice. If a product is sold out, we may cancel the order and refund any payments made. We will also notify you of any available replacement products.
