Refund Policy

Exchanging Your Purchase

  • Error on Our Part: If there is an error with your order, please contact us via phone or message within 3 days of receiving your item. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped with tracking. Use GIG Logistics for deliveries within Nigeria, and DHL or FedEx for international returns. You may exchange your item for the same design within 5 days of receipt. Note that all sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Sizing Issues: Exchanges do not cover sizing issues. Since items are custom-made, please ensure you verify your size using our size chart before placing an order.
  • Fees and Conditions: For exchanges due to sizing issues, a fine will be charged, and you will be responsible for both return and new shipping costs. The product must be returned unused (for outfits), with unscratched soles (for shoes), and in its original packaging with all tags, tissue, and boxes. Requests for exchanges made after 5 days from the shipment confirmation will not be accepted.

Return Instructions:

  • Packaging: Return items should be packaged in their original condition, with outfits in undamaged packaging and shoes in the original Dream Myles box to prevent transit damage.
  • Waybill Number: Clearly write the waybill number provided by the courier service on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping: Use one of our preferred carriers (God is Good Logistics, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure the shipment can be traced in case of loss.

Receiving the Exchange:

  • Processing Time: Exchanges can take up to 10 business days to process once received. You will be notified via email, WhatsApp, or phone call once your exchange has been processed.
  • Note: Dream Myles is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or not received. Please use a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

  • Global Shipping: Dream Myles ships worldwide. Ready-to-wear orders confirmed from Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 48 business hours.
  • Pre-Orders: Custom or pre-ordered items will take 10 business days to process and will ship within 24 hours after processing.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply and are non-refundable.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Tracking: Track your order by entering your waybill number on the God is Good Logistics, DHL, or FedEx website, depending on the courier used.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times:

  • National Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10 business days

Custom Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: For pre-orders or custom-made orders, please allow 10 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your custom order is complete and ready to ship. Your patience will be rewarded with a quality product.
